How to get support for Business Edition Customers with a subscription
If you're a Business Edition Customer here are the ways to get support.
Go to Get Business Support and log a support case
Complete the form, providing as much detail as possible (we love screenshots!) then submit.
Ticket updates are managed in the portal (you'll also receive an email notification).
Note: If we think it's easier to speak to you about a ticket, we'll set up a Zoom meeting.
